This second released teaser visual shows Mito with Ren Nikaido, a classmate living in the same men’s dorm. Ren knows that Ruka is a vampire, and upon learning that he’s using Mito as a thrall, decides to protect her, and eventually begins falling for her. In contrast to the Mito x Ruka shots revealed in the first teaser visual, Ren here is seen in a protective stance over Mito, raising questions about how his love for Mito will develop.
The teaser PV is the first reveal of animation, showing Mito, Ruka, and Ren, Mito’s first meeting with Ruka, and a very interesting blood drinking scene.
